Micro SaaS build: we make one for your niche
You bring the niche and the problem. We design, build, launch and market a small SaaS around it, using the same platform our pocket apps run on.
How it works
1. Niche & problem
We write down who it's for, the one job it does and what people pay for today.
2. Written scope
Features, price, timeline and ownership, fixed in writing. Nothing builds before you approve it.
3. Build & test
A working app with sign-in, billing and the core feature, tested on phone and desktop.
4. Launch & grow
Landing page, waitlist, store listing and the first outreach, then monthly improvements if you want them.
Packages
Starter Sprint
Test the idea: a niche and problem write-up, a landing page with waitlist, or a clickable prototype.
Timeline: about 1 week.
Growth Build
A small working SaaS: core feature, sign-in, subscription billing, landing page and launch copy.
Timeline: 2–3 weeks.
Custom Engagement
Bigger or ongoing work like mobile store releases, integrations, AI features and growth programs, fixed per milestone.
Timeline: agreed in writing.
Same pricing as our scoped engagements. The price is fixed in the written scope before work starts.
The tech stack, in plain terms
One shared app platform
Phone, web and desktop from one codebase, so updates ship everywhere at once.
Cloud hosting
Hosted on mainstream cloud providers with backups and HTTPS.
Accounts & billing
Standard sign-in and a well-known payment processor for subscriptions.
Privacy first
Collect only what the app needs. Your users' data isn't sold.
Launch & growth playbook
Validate first
Waitlist and a few real conversations before the full build.
Launch page & store listing
Clear copy, screenshots and a simple free tier with an optional Pro upgrade.
Targeted outreach
Compliant B2B outreach to the niche, using our lead-gen desk where it fits.
Measure & improve
Track sign-ups, activation and cancellations, and fix the biggest drop-off each month.
FAQ
What is micro SaaS?
A small, focused subscription app that solves one job for one group of people, like tracking shift pay or writing a job quote. Small scope keeps it cheap to build and easy to run.
Are the pocket apps on Google Play yet?
Not yet. Each one is marked "Coming to Google Play" on Our Apps, and the store link is added the day it goes live. Prices shown are the planned Pro prices.
Do you guarantee my app will make money?
No. We don't guarantee users, subscribers or revenue. We stand behind the scope, the build quality and the launch work we agree in writing.
Who owns the code and the app?
You do, for a Micro SaaS build you pay for. Ownership and any reuse of our shared components are written into the scope before work starts.
How is the price set?
It's fixed in the written scope before any work starts. The minimum engagement is $490, and bigger work is anchored at $600 a day, the same as our scoped engagements.
What do I need to bring?
A niche you know well and a clear problem people in it would pay to solve. If you're not sure yet, start with a Starter Sprint to test the idea first.
No results are guaranteed: not users, not subscribers, not revenue. What we stand behind is the written scope, the build and the launch work.
Have a niche in mind?
Tell us the problem, and we'll send a written scope.
