October 2026
October 19 — Error states, made trustworthy: the site's 404 is now a page of its own — what happened, what wasn't lost, eight doors that exist, and search — replacing the platform's stock dead-end. Both forms gained a failure fallback line with the email route, the Contact form's success message now links its next step, and the footer newsletter's thank-you says what it means. Both forms were test-submitted for real: a bad email or an empty field keeps your entries in the boxes.
October 19 — Bundles, with the math printed: Pricing gains a "Buying together" section — the contact ladder (ten First Lists, $2,490, vs. one month of Supply, $750, for the same 1,500 contacts), annual billing at ten times the monthly price, and the Growth Retainer labeled in formation — it will only bundle levers already proven on paying work, and today none are, so it is not for sale. Services names the nine-lever Growth Stack, and Apps prints the Fleet Pass annual sum next to the parts.
October 19 — Sample artifacts published: the sample spec, a 10-row sample list excerpt, and the sample ROI Report now sit on Worked Examples as the documents themselves — each labeled SAMPLE inside the document, in its header, its rows, and its footer. Linked from Resources and Services.
October 19 — Salty updated to facts v8 — he now routes support questions to the new Support page and knows every page on the current site; his nightly check reads all 24 pages.
October 19 — Support — a new page routes every question to the one written inbox, and every page on the site now links to it.
October 19 — Accessibility pass — every page carries exactly one H1 and headings that climb in order; the About page's gold text now meets contrast.
October 19 — The guarantee now stands next to every price it governs — Pricing, FAQ (13 questions), Glossary (27 terms), and Worked Examples.
October 19 — Every price now carries its math — what the work replaces, or the per-contact arithmetic — across Pricing, Services, the app pages, and both niche pages.
October 19 — Presence — the header icons now land on the real LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube accounts; the F6S listing is linked from About and Media.
October 19 — Resources completed — five tiles that had waited (For MSPs, For Agencies, Updates, How we handle data, Support) are live; the library shelf is finished.
October 19 — The ROI calculator went live: type in your own numbers, see cost per verified contact for every rung, every output labeled an estimate.
October 19 — Three pages published: Worked Examples (two sample engagements, end to end), the Glossary, and the Method.
October 19 — Two niche pages published: Lead Supply for MSPs and Lead Supply for Agencies.
October 19 — A full site link audit: every page reachable, zero orphan pages, zero broken links.
October 19 — Salty updated to facts v3 — he now knows the Method, the Glossary, and the calculator — and a filter fix unblocked his Setter Marketplace answer.
October 19 — An honesty pass corrected stage labels site-wide: the apps now say "not yet on any store," and the Discord card now says "once the channel opens."
October 18 — The site rebuild: Pricing, Services, Get Started, About, Contact, FAQ, and Scoped Engagements rebuilt and verified live.
October 18 — Nine pages published: Sam Intelligence, Apps, Coin, Live, Labs, Resources, Digital, Media, and Commerce Hub.
October 18 — Salty Bot launched — the live AI front desk that answers questions and takes Spec requests in writing.
October 18 — Behind the site: the lead database, the Live Lead Scanner, and the competition engine went live (internal systems).
October 18 — Sam Trading Intelligence: the 400-alert TradingView grid was completed, and a webhook receiver bug that was dropping alerts was found and fixed.
October 18 — 100 AI paper traders went live on Sam Trading Intelligence — labeled simulated, because they are.
October 18 — Google Play developer account created and identity verified — the first step toward the app store.
