Support

Questions about a list, an app, the trading board, a digital or commerce product, the coin, or your data — this page routes every one of them to the channel that actually answers it. Support here is the Contact desk: one written inbox. There is no phone line, no ticket portal, and no call to book — everything is in writing, so every answer is on the record.

You get a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily. For questions the published pages already answer, Salty — our AI front desk — answers instantly, in writing, from those published facts.

Salty twists through tangled data and comes out holding the leads.

Lead services

Belongs here: the five lines on the Services page — Lead Supply, AI Outreach Engine, AI Inbox & Client Replies, AI Sales Research, AI RevOps — plus your spec, a list build in progress, a delivered file, a bounced or off-spec row, a retainer, and scoped work agreed in writing.

Route: ask Salty for anything the published pages already answer; for anything about your own spec, build, or file, use the contact form or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com.

Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

Apps

Belongs here: ShiftPocket, JobQuote Pocket, BikeCare Log, MakerPrice, and Home Binder — what each one does, what Pro will cost at launch, the Fleet Pass, and joining a waitlist.

Route: all five apps are in development and not on any store yet, so there is nothing to download, sign into, or troubleshoot today — the waitlist on the Apps page is the support path until launch. Anything else: Salty, the contact form, or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com.

Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

Sam Trading Intelligence

Belongs here: the public scoreboard, the paper trading books, the live scanners, and the 100 AI paper traders league. Everything on those boards is PAPER · SIMULATED — strategies graded against real market outcomes with simulated money. Intelligence and paper tracking only — not financial advice.

Route: the live counts and standings are published on the public board, and only there — this page does not restate them. Questions about the board route through Salty or the same written inbox as everything else: the contact form or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com.

Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

ROICP Coin

Belongs here: what the coin is, how it will be earned and spent when coin payments open, and — just as important — what it is NOT.

Route: the coin is in design and testnet development — not live, not for sale. There is nothing to buy, hold, redeem, or check a balance on today, so no balance or transaction question can exist yet. If the Coin page does not answer your question, use Salty, the contact form, or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com.

Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

Read the Coin page, including what ROICP Coin is NOT

Digital & Commerce

Belongs here: Digital products (templates, reports and tools — in build), print-on-demand (in design), dropship intelligence (in research), and the Setter Marketplace (spec complete — the pilot opens only after the entity, payments and terms gates clear).

Route: nothing in Digital or Commerce charges anyone until it is a final product and launch is announced — until then, everything here is waitlist. Product-specific questions beyond the published stage and price facts route to Salty, the contact form, or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com — there is no separate store support desk to route them to.

Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

Your data

Belongs here: a record about you or your company in our lead data — removing it, correcting it, asking where it came from — and deleting a message you sent through this website.

Route — one email, no form: email us at smurphy@roicpleadgen.com and we will remove your record and confirm in writing. No forms, no phone tree, no argument. The same address reaches us for corrections: if a record about you or your company is wrong, tell us and we will fix it or remove it.

Response: removal and correction are confirmed in writing. No timeline is promised, because none is published — the commitment is the act and the written confirmation.

Pricing & billing questions

Belongs here: what an offer costs, what it includes, and how buying will work when checkout opens.

The honest state of payments today: purchases are not open yet. Checkout opens at launch — join the free Spec & Market Report queue and we'll send your payment link the day it opens, no obligation, and the report is yours either way. Until it opens, nobody can be charged, so there is no charge, receipt, or refund to look up. Every price is published on the Pricing page — the First List is $249 flat, and retainers run $750–$2,450/mo by tier. Prices are in USD. When paid plans open: card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the buttons on the Pricing page — ACH is available on retainers, and Stripe emails your receipt and invoice automatically.

Route: Salty for published prices; anything else, the contact form or email smurphy@roicpleadgen.com. Response: a written reply. The desk runs 24/7; the owner reviews escalations daily.

What support never does

  • No meetings. Not for sales, not for delivery, not for support. There is no scheduler, ever — the spec is the meeting, and everything else runs in writing.
  • No phone. No phone line is published and no call is offered. If a question needs an answer, it gets a written one.
  • No chat with a human. Salty is a robot — our AI front desk — and says so. Human replies are written and async, through the inbox above.
  • No result promises. No results are guaranteed — not meetings, not replies, not sales. What we stand behind is the data and the process: spec approved before build, verified at build time, bad rows replaced free.
  • No invented answers. If a policy, timeline, or process is not published, support does not invent one — the question routes to the inbox for a written answer instead.

Lead services — quick answers

How long does a list take? Builds start every Monday. Delivery is within 5 business days of your spec approval, and you approve a 25-row checkpoint from the actual build before it completes. Unusually narrow markets can take longer; we confirm your date in writing before you pay anything.

What if some of the data is wrong or emails bounce? Any address that hard-bounces on your first send is replaced free — and so is any row that plainly doesn't match your approved spec. Send us the bounce report or flag the rows and we rebuild them.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? No. One-time builds are exactly that, and retainers can be paused or canceled at any time. Consulting-scope work is agreed in writing before it begins.

Apps — quick answers

Where do I download the apps? Nowhere yet — all five are in development and not on any store. Each one is waitlist-only until it launches; join the waitlist on the Apps page and the launch notice follows.

What will Pro cost? At launch: ShiftPocket $4.99/mo, JobQuote Pocket $9.99/mo, BikeCare Log $4.99/mo, MakerPrice $6.99/mo, Home Binder $5.99/mo — or the Fleet Pass, Pro in every app, at $14.99/mo at launch.

Is there an app for tracking my list build? In build. When it lands you'll track your build's status, approve checkpoints, download your lists, and reorder from your phone — the same data and the same truth as email, in a second door. Until then, everything works fully by email and on this site.

Sam Trading Intelligence — quick answers

Is any of it live trading? No. The board, the scanners, and the paper trading books are PAPER · SIMULATED — strategies graded against real market outcomes with simulated money. Intelligence and paper tracking only — not financial advice.

Where do I see the scoreboard? On the public board — the live counts and standings are published there, and only there; this site doesn't restate them. Open the public board.

How do I get the free hourly alerts on Discord? Our A+ scanner's top setups, posted every hour once the channel opens. Free — no catch, no card — join the waitlist and the invite follows. No invite link exists today; the waitlist is the route.

ROICP Coin — quick answers

Can I buy ROICP Coin? No. It is in design and testnet development — not live, not for sale. It is never sold by R.O.I.C.P. — no ICO, no public sale.

What is 1 ROICP worth? 1 ROICP = $0.10 of credit — a pricing convention set by R.O.I.C.P., not a market price or a promise of value. It is not equity or ownership, there is no profit share, and it is not redeemable for cash.

When do coin payments open, and how will paying work? Crypto payments are not open yet — receive addresses are published on the Coin page the day they are configured, and never anywhere else first. When payments open: we issue an invoice with a labeled spot quote, you send to the address on the invoice, and your payment is confirmed on-chain before work is marked paid.

Digital & Commerce — quick answers

Can I buy a digital product today? No. Wave 1 digital products are in build now and ship with the January 1, 2027 portfolio launch. Until then everything here is waitlist — nobody is charged for anything that is not a final product.

What will digital products cost? Every digital product is priced between $4.99 and $59. Nothing under $4.99, ever. At each wave launch, a Founding All-Access pass covers that wave's full catalog for 65% of the real catalog sum — priced from the actual catalog, never from an inflated list.

Can I buy or sell through Commerce Hub today? No — nothing here charges anyone until it is a final product and launch is announced; until then: waitlist. Print-on-demand is in design, dropship intelligence is in research, and the Setter Marketplace is spec complete — its pilot opens only after the entity, payments and terms gates clear. Its one published fee: 15% charged to the buyer, shown before checkout; sellers keep 100% of their listed price.

Your data — quick answers

How do I get a record about me removed? Email us at smurphy@roicpleadgen.com and we will remove your record and confirm in writing. No forms, no phone tree, no argument.

What if a record about me or my company is wrong? Tell us at the same address and we will fix it or remove it.

What about a message I sent through this website? If you wrote to us through a form here and want that message deleted, ask at the same address and we will delete it and confirm in writing.
