Lead Supply for MSPs

One metro. One MSP. A territory of verified local decision-makers, refreshed on a schedule, that no competing MSP in your metro can buy from us while yours is live. Built for managed service providers whose next clients are within driving distance.

Salty twists through tangled data and comes out holding the leads.

The MSP problem: pipeline between referrals

Referrals arrive when they arrive. Between them, the pipeline thins out, and the usual fixes don’t fit a firm your size: a full-time salesperson is a heavy hire to feed, and a generic national list doesn’t know your metro, your verticals, or the difference between a 12-person law firm and a national chain’s local branch.

What an MSP actually needs is narrower and harder: the owners, office managers, and operations leads at the local firms you’d genuinely serve — professional-services firms, clinics, and other local businesses in one defined metro — verified one by one, and weighted toward the moments that open an IT conversation: a cyber-insurance renewal coming due, a new compliance requirement landing, an office move, a leadership change. That’s a territory, not a download.

What the territory includes

What it replaces: the gap between referrals — a defined metro of verified decision-makers that keeps arriving on schedule, at $1.27–$1.90 per verified contact across the monthly drop.

The MSP Territory Retainer — $950/mo, as published on Pricing:

  • One metro: your market, defined in your written spec — one MSP supplied in it at a time.
  • 500–750 fresh contacts a month of verified decision-makers in that metro, built to your approved spec.
  • Quarterly full-territory refresh — the whole territory re-checked, not just the new drop, so records that went stale are replaced with current ones.
  • Metro exclusivity in writing while the retainer is live.
  • Every row verified at build time against sources the companies themselves publish — title currency, company fit, email validity — and shipped with a confidence label. Zero pattern-guessed emails, ever.
  • Delivered as a spreadsheet or CSV you own, with the spec, QA notes, and your ROI Report.
No results are guaranteed — not meetings, not replies, not sales. What we stand behind is the data and the process: spec approved before build, verified at build time, bad rows replaced free.

How it runs

  1. Start with the free Spec & Market Report. We draft your ICP in writing — your metro, your verticals, the titles that buy — plus an honest count of how many verified matches exist, by segment and confidence. You approve the spec; nothing builds before approval.
  2. The spec names the headline metric — for Lead Supply, cost per verified contact — agreed in writing before work starts and reported at the end.
  3. Builds start Mondays. You approve a 25-row checkpoint from the actual build before the first drop completes; delivery runs within 5 business days of spec approval.
  4. Monthly drops, quarterly refresh. 500–750 fresh contacts each month; every quarter the full territory is rebuilt so stale rows are replaced, and bad rows on any drop or refresh are replaced free.
  5. The ROI Report closes each cycle — what it cost, what it produced, what it returned, on labeled inputs: measured by us, reported by you.

Retainers pause or cancel anytime. No long-term contract, and no meetings — everything runs in writing.

Why exclusivity matters

A territory only works if it’s yours. While your Territory Retainer is live, your metro is supplied to you alone — the exclusivity is in writing, not a handshake. Your list is built to your spec, for you, at build time, and we don’t resell your delivered file. So the law firm your techs could be supporting next quarter is on your list because your spec named it — not because it was sold to every MSP in the metro that month.

If exclusivity matters to you, this is the rung where it’s structural. On our other offers a list is built for you alone but a different list may be built for another client in your market; the Territory Retainer is the one that closes the metro.

MSP questions

Are the leads exclusive to me?

Your list is built to your spec, for you, at build time — and we don’t resell your delivered file. We may build different lists for other clients in your market; MSP Territory clients get metro exclusivity in writing. If exclusivity matters to you, raise it before you buy, not after.

How long does a list take?

Builds start every Monday. Delivery is within 5 business days of your spec approval, and you approve a 25-row checkpoint from the actual build before it completes. Unusually narrow markets can take longer; we confirm your date in writing before you pay anything.

What if some of the data is wrong or emails bounce?

Any address that hard-bounces on your first send is replaced free — and so is any row that plainly doesn’t match your approved spec. Send us the bounce
